There are things that humans can do, and there are things that machines can do.
First, the A-grade raw materials are carefully selected, and secondly, quality raw
materials are selected through human mind and eyes. After this, the machine
automatically pulls out unsuitable foreign objects that cause harm to the human body,
such as metallic, hard, and soft foreign substances. Yamuzen precisely selects
and processes visible to invisible microorganisms, bacteria, mold,
and small blemishes through a tertiary process.
A modern interpretation of the traditional legal system
We changed the healthmeasures contained in the East and
West, the modern, and the past, where
the wisdom and experiences of our
ancestors were recorded to suit the
constitution of modern people.
Focusing on natural products native to Korea, we analyze various reference books
such as Dongbogam, Bencao Gangmu, and other reference books, and further research
and development of recipes based on recent papers from East and West. Focusing on
the understanding of plants, we reinterpreted the traditional legal method as a roasting
method, and introduced an undifferentiated method so that the active ingredients in the
raw materials can be fully extracted. We have used our own skilled mixing
know-how to ensure that raw materials are evenly mixed.

Hygiene is the first principle
for every food.
Yamuzen is basically equipped with Haccp standard facilities and a work environment
where harmful elements are managed, and test reports for finished products are
complied with strict quality regulations and legal standards. Each workplace has a
hygienic production environment, and the packaging machine uses a fully automatic
packaging machine that does not burn human hands, and separates the primary and
secondary packaging processes to produce hygienically.
